Q: What is Biome?
A: Biome is a social platform focused on real-world outdoor experiences, designed to help people connect and share their outdoor adventures.

While Biome includes ways to interact with friends, it is not a traditional chat or messaging app. Instead, Biome is built around capturing moments, tracking outdoor goals, and pinning memories to places you’ve explored.

Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?
A: Please click “Forgot Password? Reset” on the Login page and follow the steps to reset your password.
Q: The app crashed or froze. How can I fix it?
A: Try closing and reopening the app, or reinstalling it from the App Store.
Q: I found a bug. How do I report it?
A: Please email biome.help@gmail.com.
Q: How do I change my email or username?
A: Your email address and username are set when you register and can’t be changed afterward. If you need to use a different email address or username, please delete your account and create a new one using the correct information.
Q: How do I delete my account?
A: To delete your account:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. On the Home page, click the Edit button (pencil icon) next to your username.
  3. You’ll be taken to the Edit Profile page.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account.
  5. Confirm your choice when prompted.
Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
Q: Which platforms/devices is the app available on?
A: Biome is available on both iOS and Android devices.
  • iOS: iOS 15.1 or later
  • Android: Android 7.0 (Nougat) or later
